I agree - speak with specialists if you haven't, and more of them if you have.
I had a similar history, having had 5 abdominal surgical procedures in 8 years, the last one being performed by an endo specialist. It did buy me far more time than the previous ones had - I was pain free for 2+ years, and very functional for another year and a half or so after the pain started to return. I then went through another five years of misery before deciding to have a LAVH/BSO recently.
I'm confident that it was the right decision for me, but quite sure it's not the answer for everybody. Seek some additional inputs and inquire on alternatives and success rates when using them with each doc you speak with.
I'll pray for your peace of mind and a great reduction in your pain as you travel the road to what will surely be one of the biggest decisions of your life!
