Unhappy - no sleep no sleep

I had a TVH almost a year ago i did keep my ovaries. of course i was out of wack for a while and everything has been fine since. however now i am having trouble sleeping for about 3 weeks now all i do is wake up and fall back to sleep i do this every hour. last night i did not fall a sleep until 1:00 and I kept waking up and i have the wildest dreams here lately. of course there is always your every day stresses that i deal with but nothing to not sleep over. Not only do i not sleep i cry more often. Anyways another female who is a nurse told me it could be hormones. I am only 32. My best friend is going thru the same thing, not sleeping, crying and we both have been moody. both of us are the same age, she still has her period. Not sure what to do thought someone could help. I do have my yearly coming up October 6th. BTW i HATE taking pills so please dont tell me i need some type of drug.

Re: no sleep

Sounds like symptoms of menopause and your ovaries may be not be putting out the estrogen like they used to.

We have some info in Resources under links and articles. You might want to discuss your symptoms with your doctor at your next appointment.

Hang in there
