Pretty cool way to raise funds for Cancer research

Hiya gals,

I wanted to share with you a fund raiser that has been going on here in Denver. One of our local DJ's has done quite a few different stunts to raise money for charitites and research. This year's was for Cancer research as both his grandfather and now father have battled cancer.

He has spent the last 6 days - dawn to dusk sitting in all 76,125 seats at our new stadium - Invesco Field at Mile Hi. How cool is that! Poor thing looked absolutely exhausted but what a wonderful thing to do to raise funds for research.

Sending gentle {{hugs}} to him for this wonderful idea.

Vicki

Wow!!!
What a guy! Isn't it just amazing what people come up with to do for a worthy cause? Warms the heart for sure.

Gosh that is really something, and his back side must have been just killing him after that. Oh and his knees too. Thats alot of bending to sit.

Thanks for sharing this with us Vicki!! He is one special man!

xo.

That is great!! Have you heard of the man that is raising money for cancer who built a HOUSE on a BARGE? He lost his wife to breast cancer, and is now raising money by traveling on this housebarge and giving tours as well as selling tickets to raffle off this house. All of the money is to go to Cancer research!! It is really neat looking!! It is a two story house with attached garage and he even has it landscaped!!
