2 days Post Op - Walking around like an Old Woman

Does anyone else HATE thos operating room tables? I'm hunched over like an old woman when I walk! My back is so stiff and sore. Forget about standing straight or sitting straight! Hopefully all the kinks will work themselves out soon. Other than that, I think my glue is coming off of my incisions. I'm oozing from 4 out of 5 incisions. But I'm keeping an eye on them. I'm staying on top of my medicine and doing what the doctor told me to do/not do. I have my 1 week post-op on Thursday.

Yes, I had more pain from the posture I lied in while in surgery than from the surgery itself - I really had a sore shoulder and couldn't lift my left arm (IV-arm) for a whole week!
But remember this: most old women do not get better and we do. It may take some time, and we may have complications, but before you know you'll be dancing around again!
So keep up the spirit!

I didn't stand up straight for the first few weeks either. A lot of my problem had to do with the way I was holding my stomach. It does get better.
