Increased Temperature?

Hi Everyone!

I feel terrible. I have been bleeding heavily and consecutively for 14 days now. I feel and look terrible. I called the doctor and he said to double up on my b.c. pills until the bleeding let up. The bleeding hasn't let up at all.

Anyway, does anyone else have an increased temperature during their period? I always feel 'hot to the touch' according to people who touch me and feel as though I have a fever. It's a side effect that isn't comfortable when one lives in South Florida where the heat index is over 100 degrees today!

Thanks for listening to my whining.

Re: Increased Temperature?

I always feel like I'm getting the flu about a week prior - fatigued, achy, grumpy, lethargic, feverish, sometimes I get a sore throat and a cold sore too. That's how I know my period is a week away = cold sore. I am really hoping some of these symptoms chill out once my uterus is gone....

Re: Increased Temperature?

Hi PMDD Psycho

I used to get a slightly elevated temperature for the few days before and after my period.

It sounds like you're having a rough time. Take it easy, and I hope you're feeling better soon. In any case, this will help you be all the happier when your big day arrives.
