tips to help wk 4 post op plateau?

Hi sisters,
I've had a rough couple of days: swelly belly, achy even when sitting, very tired despite resting LOADS.
Apart from an infection at Wk 2 I've been making a slow but positive recovery.
Does anyone have any tried and tested tips to help me over this hump?
The nagging pain is wearing and making me tearful at this stage
Any advice appreciated!

Have you spoken to your ? I know that at least for me, motrin or naproxen were my saving grace for several months post op. It might be something you want to consider. And don't be too hard on yourself, you are still early in your recovery and are going to have your up's and downs. Hopefully more up's
