3 yrs Post op-Softball sized cyst-should I have my ovaries removed?

I had my hysterectomy 3 years ago, kept my ovaries to-then this past summer, I felt a bulge like a bladder prolapse, was urinating alot to. Went to Gyn, then a UroGyn...had a rectocele, cyctocele and had surgery over summer to correct OUCH!!! seemed to recover-found out my exercise options are limited now, thought I hurt myself last weekend doing too much, had some abdominal pain for a week-went back to doc, had an exam and then an ultrasound.. Well the news came back yesterday-softball sized cyst on ovaries pressing on bladder-My doc leaned toward surgery being eminent to remove...plus of course tests to check for cancer, said unlikely but should be sure...I am tired of this now....but know I need to do what I need to do.. question is should I have the ovaries removed while they are in there again?????

Re: 3 yrs Post op-Softball sized cyst-WHAT NOW??

You poor thing~Sorry you are having all this trouble.I guess until the docs get in there and look at the condition of your ovaries, you really can't come to a decision yet. What is your doctors advice?
