"Probe-lubricant" wanted to share: Works great!!!

Hi ladies! Hope this post finds everyone doing well. Have noticed many posts regarding "dryness" after hyst. and thought I'd share:

I've been using lube for yrs. (unfort.) even before hyst.; however I need it now more than ever, ...after trying many brands, the one that has worked the best for me has been "Probe" (the "Thick" kind) there are two types...I get mine at Amazon.com.

Anyway, hope this helps

Many hugs to all!

Does it make you feel sticky afterwards. All the brands of lube I have tried leave me feeling sticky afterwards, and it drives me nuts. I to have had to use lubes for years now, and of course after a hyster it is worse. And that is what the stuff is called is "Probe" thats it? And thanks for the info

If you buy "Pur" online, don't get the water soluble one, get the other. Can't remember what it's called. I even think it's called "for him" but it's for her too. It never gets sticky. Very, very good. I've tried everything you can buy in a drugstore. Someone recommended it on here and I purchased it. It doesn't run out quick at all.

Only in week four, so not there yet, but my Dr. said to get a water soluble one. She said you didn't want all that greasy stuff clogging up your vagina.

Yes, water soluble is the safest. I have used Jo System Personal Lubricant for women.. glycerin free, silicone free, and oil free. It's latex safe and has no fragrance in it. This stuff is sooooo slippery. You only need a small amount and it is NOT sticky after wards. I hate that sticky feeling. This stuff is amazing. Expensive but well worth it in my opinion.

Can that be bought at a drugstore?

I have no idea. I purchased mine at a place called "The Lion's Den." It's a toy/video shop. They have the best lubes there.... it's rather embarrassing but the bottle I picked up is large so I will probably have it until it goes bad. LOL

Hehehe, I'm sorry but "Probe" is really such a bad name for a lubricant. Glad it works though!

Re: "Probe-lubricant" wanted to share: Works great!!!

There's "nothing" embarassing about picking it up at a "toy store" I've been to several with friends, my boyfriend is embarassed of going, however he hasn't complained when I've brought home some toys!

Anyway, I think they "used" to sell them at these shops, but many don't anymore; and I don't think they sell them at drugstores...one of the great things about this product is that it doesn't stain the sheets, it's water soluble, and from what I've read the "thick" kind is very similar to our natural lubricant...
