Slight fever and pelvic floor pain/pressure...should I call the doctor?

Okay---I'm worried...why would I have pelvic, rectal and lower back pressure and pain that doesn’t seem to lessen and keeps me awake...and this is my 2nd day of a low fever (only 99.4)? I am 24 days post-op…

This pain started last Saturday...this is the following Thursday night...

Could it be a hematoma? I did not have a cut in my pubic area, cut the 2 spots on either side and the belly button...

Thoughts ladies? I really am seriously worried.

If you are really worried then call your doctor and tell him what is going on. It may not be anything but if it worries you then please call. Worrying about this will not help with the healing process and it may set you back and i am sure that you don't want that. Please call today and good luck. Let us know what you find out.

Hi
I fully agree anytime there is fever and pain it is a good idea. Be safe and take care of your self.

Re: Slight fever and pelvic floor pain/pressure...should I call the doctor?

Have you had a BM lately. If you have not had a BM or passed gas for a few days, that could be your problem. When I feel like you are feeling, a short walk and fruit juice gets me going and solves the discomfort.

Calling the doctor is an excellent idea if you are really uncomfortable and if the fever persists.
