Today's Dr. Visit very disappointing

I need to vent a little. I went today for another check up. I will be at seven weeks this coming Friday. I had a c-scan two weeks ago for them to check on a hemotoma. Well he called with results last week and left a message saying its still there, smaller, but there. He also said that it is showing a cyst on the left ovary. When I went today I signed in at 11:09 and I was out to my car by 11:19. He entered the room said hello, you still have hemotoma, smaller though, asked how I was. I told him I was having cramping the past couple of days. I told him I was having some hot flashes and asked what I could take over the counter for that. He said I will write some stuff down. Told him I was going to try to go back to work on Friday. All the while he is getting me ready for a internal exam. He looks inside and says he still sees stiches, one side looks pretty much healed other almost. He said okay you can sit up, your good. I looked at him and was shocked. I said well when can I resume sexual activities, he said oh I would say another week. I said well what if I start bleeding, he said oh just call me I can fix that okay girl I have got to go and he walked out. I was stunned. I didnt get to ask any questions at all about the ovary I have left nothing. When I went out front I asked the girl if I needed to do anything, she said does he want to see you. I said I had no idea, she looked and said nope your good. I walked out to the car in shock. What am I to do now? I am still having pains and now I am concerned that I am going to end up with another chocolate cyst like the other ovary. I begged him to take it out if he even saw the smallest thing on it. I dont want to have a third surgery. I am scared to death to go back to work because of the pain I am still having from the hemotoma. ( I have a cleaning business). I am scared to death to even think about having sex. Thank god by DH is awesome and very understanding..

do we have the same doc or what? i no how you feel. what symptoms do you have with a hematoma ? i have a very tender spot bout an inch to the left of my belly button. was fine ad on the 13th of nov. started hurting when i pushed a little on that spot. had surgery on oct. 5th got doc. appt. on dec. 4th . when i called for info she said wasnt related to surgery.

Ok well I think we all have the same doc. I ended up kicking surgeon to the curb and got myself a new doc, which I am very happy to report that she is the best and is actually trying to help figure out what is wrong with me instead of just telling me to take more anti-depressants. I would get a second opinion if you feel like you are being blown off, cause that is what was happening to me and it sucks big time. I was miserable. Good luck to you hun and keep us posted
