Pass the gas please

I know gas is part of the whole road to recovery but how long does this go on for? I'm day 3 since TAH and other than gas, not that much pain. I just got some Gas X, hopefully that will give me some relief. I have been walking and trying to get everything moving again. Just want to set my expectations.

I am thinking the same thing, I had mine on Dec 16th other then a reaction to the pain med's in the hospital(so not fun puking with a belly full of stiches) the only pain I have had is gas, I got laxictives today as my doc did no bowel prep and he said it was fine.?
