Post Op Vaginal Bleeding, 10 weeks

Had no vaginal bleeding at all after the surgery. My dr. gave me a full clearance at 6 weeks. But when I had constipation a few weeks ago and had a difficult time having a BM, I started a little bleeding. Not much, and it was rust colored. Since then there's been a bit every day and now it's bright red. Again, it's only a little but it sure seems to be getting worse. Anyone else had this problem?

What kind of surgery did you have? I have not had any vaginal bleeding, but I had a TVH, BSO, AP repair and TOT sling 01/12/10 so it would not be normal if I did at this point. I did, however, have some bright red bleeding a couple of days in a row following a BM. The nurse said it was probably hemorrhoids and to get Preparation H. I haven't had it since. If it's vaginal and you've had everything removed, I would call your doctor. That doesn't sound normal if that's the case.
