16 Mths Post Op and spotting

I am just wondering if anyone has experienced this? I am now 16 months post-op and the past 2 days I have a very light spotting, mild cramping and lower back ache. I had a TAH with LSO and never had any problems until now.

The one thing that has happened was on Friday I have a severe mirgraine leaving me violently sick (a number of times ) and my abdominals feel like they have been kicked! lol do you think this could have anything to do with this?

Your thoughts would be most appreciated xxx

Re: 16 Mths Post Op and spotting

Hi (((Swan40)))
After this much time you should be all healed up so bleeding from your surgery would be ruled out unless you have some granulated tissue that the sickness is just now drawing attention to. At any rate you need to call your dr and have it checked to see what is causing the bleeding.

There are several things that can cause bleeding this far out from a hysterectomy. These reasons are all discussed if you want to do some reading on the site that can be found at this link. I hope you get some answers quickly and feel better soon. Let us know what you find out.
