something is sagging again - panic!

I am worried today.
I had my TAH for a uterine prolapse. All very nice to be without it, but today, 9 weeks later, I have just mowed the lawn and I have what I can only describe as a balloon of vaginal wall at the entrance. It feels like the prolapse back, but of course I have no uterus now. My Dr checked for rectocele while I was under anesthetic and decided I did not need a repair, but now I am wondering....did she make a mistake?
Either way, I am very upset at the thought that, having got to feel so much better, now I am messed up again.
I guess Kagels will help, but they have never been so easy since I had an episiotomy that burst its stitches 12 years ago, so there's a gap in the muscle there.
Ugh. Sorry to fill you in with too much detail.
