well this is it...I go in at 6a.m. tommorow morning......had my pre-op and all went well. I'm finally ready,I know I wont be able to sleep,but thats okay,I"ll get lots tommorow. The DH is working nights so its just me and the kids.....strangely enough I'm very calm...is this normal? Anyway, I need suggestions on passing the time after the kids go to bed. I know the last few hours will drag.

How about a nice, long, warm bath ????? Since you will only be allowed to shower for a few weeks, it might be a nice thing to do.
That is great that you are so calm tonight....hope you stay thay way !!

Hello, sister....
I'm right behind you. I go at 8:30, my surgery is at 11:00. I'm pretty calm, the phone is keeping me pretty busy. I have alot of ironing to do and then I'll take a bath, shave my legs and go to bed. I'll probably read until I fall asleep (hahaha).
Well, it's almost over, take care!

I will say a prayer for you when I come too.....right now tthe kids are keeping me busy...dinner etc...gave up on the house they can take care of it.....right now I just want to stay focused,calm and ready to go...
