4 weeks after surgery

Had my uterus and cervix removed last feb 09. And just went in and got my ovaries and tubes removed about 4 weeks ago. having some hot flashes but not to bad. Anyone know what is the best hrt to take I am currently not taking anything. I have not been to miserable. Occasionally having some spotting is this normal does anyone now?

There really isn't one hrt that is the best one. The best one is the one that does the job for you. Everyone is different, so what works for me may not be the one for you. Thank you so much for that website I will check it out. As of right now the doctor has not put me on anything. I have been doing ok. The occasional hot flash that last for few minutes but other then that ok. I hope all is well with you. Sill trying to figure out this website. It's nice to have someone to communicate with when you are dealing with all these issues. Thank you
