Vitamin recommendations?

Was wondering if any of you had any vitamin brand recommendations/doses for daily intake..just for energy and overall wellbeing purposes. I dont want to spend a huge amount of $$. I just started partime job in addition to my fulltime 40hr week job--so i will be pretty much working everyday no days off. dont want to get worn down, which i tend to get easily. Just started Amberen yesterday. Not currently taken HRT (havent in 6mths) that was by my own decision. Not sure if any herbs, or sleep aids can be taken with that? I wake up alot during the night dont feel i get restful sleep and have nightsweats. thanks for you help.

Re: Vitamin recommendations?

I just take a well known brand name like Centrum for mulitivitamin , vit. D, Calcium and magnesium and fish oil. The best thing to do to get the vitamins in you,is eat a healthy diet of a variety of vegetables, fruits, baked or grilled fish, poultry, turkey and little or no meat, sugar, or processed foods in bags etc.

Caffiene, sugar , and spicy foods may cause hot flashes and sweats. Drink lot's of ice water and have a fan on you at night.
