Hi (((mware)))  Actually, yes, exercising more increases your body's need for estrogen, so it's quite normal for you to see an increase in hot flashes if you increase your exercise level.
In fact, in general, women who are younger, thinner, exercising more and/or under more stress tend to need more estrogen than women who are older, heavier, not exercising and/or living a stress-free life (does that exist these days?  ).
