Testing our Resolve Tues, July 27

Hi All!

Working on freezing fruit (blueberries) today. My new diet calls for several servings/week, so we're going to need a good supply!

The challenge for today is to cut one of two servings of sweetened tea. I'm bummed...sugar withdrawal AND caffeine withdrawal all in one day. YUCK!

Food so far...

Breakfast...egg with a sprinkle of swiss cheese and 1 small tomato, 9 cherries, 2 slices bacon

Snack...apple with 1 T of cashew butter YUMMY!

Lunch...salad greens with leftover chicken breastor maybe a tiny bit of chicken salad?, bowl of veggie soup?

Snack...2 T guacamole and celery

Dinner...creamy cilantro chicken (without the cilantro because I keep forgetting to buy it), wild rice, sugar snap peas

I know its late but thought I would join you anyway.
Wow you are going gluten free too?

I am just about to head in to the kitchen and bag up the blueberries I picked and freeze them.

B-3 peices of brown rice bread make into french toast(I know not too calorie conscience but oh well
L-salad with vegis, and corn chips and humus and salsa
D-taco salad with ground turkey meat, oops forgot the chips
S-yogurt smoothie

I was thinking about trying green tea, but haven't gotten that far yet. Just getting tired of water.

So far so good, even turned down the cookies at VBS tonight.
Going to get back on the exercise bike tomorrow.
