Tvh 5-25

Had my TVH on the 25th and for the last 4 weeks I've been having BAD headaches. Nothing seems to completly kick them. I can get them to ease up with alot of ibuprofren, but not go away. I don't want to take HRT. Looking for some alternative methods.
I guess I need to see my doc and have a hormone panel ran first to see where I am at. Any suggestions on What I could take that's natural?

To my knowledge, no product available for purchase over-the-counter has been proven effective in relieving menopausal symptoms. There have been various anectodal reports from women here and there claiming that consuming soy products and/or various herbal concoctions have helped them feel better, but this is not reliable information in my opinion.

I think that your plan to see your doctor about your symptoms is the smartest avenue to pursue on the journey to better health.
