anyone on what's *considered* a high dose of estrogen

if so what is your brand/type of estrogen and dosage?

I use to be on 2mg of estrogen/estradial. High dose of estrogen for me was no good. I had severe endo and a full hysto and the estrogen caused at least i think it did, my endo to reappear. I am now on 0.45mg. Half of that in the morning and the other half at night. When i was on the 2mg i was miserable and never felt good. I guess it just depends on your situation. Have you had endo? I also take the natural estrogen verses the pharmaceutical. The pharmacy i go through is called pharmacy innovations. Check them out on line. They helped me big time
