Lesson #1

Here is the first lesson in my free online course called:

"Becoming a Princess: How to Lie Around and Enjoy Yourself While Healing From Surgery"

1. Meditate on the following Question. Then eat a Cupcake.
Why do we feel like we always have to be happy and upbeat and funny and strong even after we've had MAJOR surgery during which they took out the organs that stand for the very core of who we are????

Lesson #2

Have your ___________ go to Target and buy some of those little fairy lights (Xmas lights) and then ask _____________ to string them around the room where you will be lying down all day. The ask _____________ to come over and plug them in for you. You ARE NOT to bend over and reach for any plugs.

Then have some cranberry juice drizzled over crushed ice and a licorice stick which will help with the BM.

Re: Lesson #1

I saw the salt lights at a massage place & just loved them. They are made from big chunk of salt & are supposed to clear your air by using negative ions. I just like it because the light bulb is in the middle of the salt & puts out a calm orange light. I got mine from Amazon.com. They have many sizes. I just find it very relaxing.

If __________won't clean/wash/cook/mow, then join Angie's List and hire someone. Princess economics tells us that whatever it costs will be far less than a trip to the emergency room.

homework:
