how long does it take estrogen levels to rise when you put on a fresh patch?

about how long does it take for estradiol levels to rise to peak after you put on a fresh patch?

If your E2 levels have dropped *(as mine have through physical exercise and stress , and eating too may phytoestrogenic nuts)
how long can it take to get levels back up to where they were? I've been doing this stuff above for several months

My patch did not feel like it was low when it was time to put a new one. I never noticed any problems. I felt balance from patch to patch.
