Does anyone have any helpful info for me?

I had my RAH at
the end of December due to endometrial cancer. I've
been having a rough time because of
the menopause. I'm going to my doctor
next week to see if there are any meds I can take. I'm a bit aprehensive about hormones but since I'm 28, don't know how much longer I can take. Does anyone have any helpful info for me? I'd really appreciate it

I had my hyster because of endometrial cancer. At this point I am allowed a small amount of vaginal estrogen. I use estrace. I also use a small amount of compounded testosterone but that is it at this point.

as you figure out what is allowed for you.

Thanks for the input!! I also heard that taking a vitamins may help with the menopausal symptoms, specifically vitamin E to help with the hot flashes.
