So lets talk about the changing season

Just sitting here and I said to myself, "Self, as good as it is to be on this site with so many lovely ladies and sharing our knowledge and experiences, I think we need to try to maybe get our minds off of the issues we are dealing with, if any, and focus on something else for a minute." So if anyone would like to do that I thought about the change in seasons. I love the change in seasons no matter what the change is, but I do love fall. It is nice and cool right now where I am and I love the fall colors. If anyone else loves fall or any season for that matter please share it!

Re: So lets talk about the changing season

I love the fall - it is my favorite season! The colors are beautiful, and the coolness is so refreshing after the broiling hot summer!
I had my hysterectomy in June, so it also feels like I am passing through the season of my initial recovery, and on to the next healing phase. Although, I did do some weeding yesterday, and I was very swollen last night, and today feeling like I set myself back a little. Time for some rest!

I agree. I am not sure where you live but we are just now cooling down this week. I love the football and getting ready for all the holidays that are approaching.

I live in England and it goes like this...

Sept to Nov - drizzley rain,
Dec to Feb - freezing rain,
March - cold rain,
April to May - rain and wind,
June/July - showers & hot for exactly 1 week,
August - thundery rain,

Hopefully that will help you plan any post-hyster hols to the UK

Sounds like I would need to invest in a sturdy set of rubber boots, rain jacket and umbrella.....

I live in HOT southeast Texas. I love spring with all the new greenery and warm weather. I really love fall when the hot long summer is finally over too.
