Actually, ert can help to protect our bones. Where did you hear that it causes Osteoporosis? I do not recall reading that it causes it. I do recall reading somewhere that we can suffer alot of bone loss during the first year of surgical menopause. I'll have to dig around and see if I can find where I read that. It is important to take Calcium and magnesium and do weight bearing exercise (after you are recovered from surgery of course) to protect our bones.
I'm not sure why eating meat would help with hormone replacement?
