dVH/RALH Eight Weeks Post Op/Lifting To Much!

Hi Sisters,

I am 8 weeks Post Op From Lap/Hyster. Just wondering if anyone has ever lifted something that you later discovered was much to heavy. I pulled a table up the stairs the other day now the top section of my stomach is very sore and uncomfortable. My stomach seems more swollen now, and I am very unset with myself. I was feeling pretty good, almost normal and at times I forget that I have had surgery! But now I am paying the price. Sure hope I did not mess up anything! Now I am back on the Advil. I have heard that you can mess up scar tissue! Hoping that I dont have anything to worry about because I sure am worrying!Has anyone else out their ever did such a foolish thing?

I did something like that, was feeling so good forgot and helped my kid balance on the bike and the simple tensing the abs hurt alot later that nite and the next day. I forget at what week I was but around 6/7 maybe.
