Unhappy - Are Symptoms from Menopause or Elestrin? Are Symptoms from Menopause or Elestrin?

I'm probably going to have to call my doctor, but I've developed some new symptoms and I can't tell if it's from the Elestrin or menopause. I am still flashing, so the Elestrin hasn't started to help with that yet. Recently though I am having a difficult time going to sleep and end up awake all night. My legs and arms are restless and I can't get comfortable. I also noticed a real increase in my libido, which keeps me up at night--to the point that I feel uncomfortable (do bad I don't have a boyfriend or husband right now--I'm sure they wouldn't mind!) And I thought my herpes was resurfacing, but now it seems more like a yeast infection. Combine all of this and I am almost always in a state of discomfort, which is probably why it's so hard to sleep--the one time I am doing nothing else but focusing on how I feel, ugh. Any way, is this normal?

Re: Are Symptoms from Menopause or Elestrin?

It sounds like you need to talk to your Dr. Either way, you might need to adjust the hormones.
