Emotional rollar coaster

i am almost 4 weeks post op and i to am an emotionally rollar coaster one minute im happy the next sad the next mad i dont know what im going to do im not on hormones and wondering should i use anything not scheduled for an appointment with dr until the 23 of dec, and i will two good days of no emotional stress and then my goodness nobody get in my way cause i will hurt you i thought that most of those bad pms grouchiness was over but i guess i got to wait but someone please tell me theres light at the end of the tunnel that it actually gets better, cause before i knew when the moods would come with pms these just come from nowhere and Lord please help me

I think you should call your doctor's office on Monday, explain the situation and see if they can get you started on something before your appt. They could phone in a prescription for a patch or pills, or maybe they could have you go in next week. You shouldn't have to suffer, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks lovebirds.. I think I may have to I blew up at husband last night I mean just went thru roof over really nothin then cried half of night because I felt so guilty I'm just a wreck...

I'm sorry that you're feeling so bad. I think that getting our hormones adjusted can be harder than recovering from the surgery itself. But your doctor should be able to help you. You don't have to continue to suffer. Take care.

Please know, you are so not alone!! I'm about 5 weeks post op & totally freaked out on DH last night, so much so that it really scared him and sent me into consecutive panic attacks. I didn't think I'd make it-very dark scary place...I don't want to ** back-but today is better!! We just need to be patient-it's so hard sometimes! Hope you are feeling better!!!
