Hi Chellie,

I see you're from St. Louis, too!

Have someone bring you in a sandwich from Amighetti's with double onions!

Seriously, don't even think about going at it before your Dr. says it's OK. You risk infection or tearing your stitches at the vaginal cuff or BOTH! Either way, it means waiting even longer to "play", and jeopardizing your long-term health! Never a smart idea!

Be a good Princess and you'll be a happier Princess.

My very best to you...

I am soo glad I wasn't the only one. My DH drove me crazy for 5 weeks about it. The Dr told me I should be flattered that he is still interested and he's not chasing anyone else around. If he wasn't bugging me I would have been checking for a pulse. One time I got mad at him and asked him if he wanted to hurt me and he said of course not. He said it's just like when you are a kid and your parent tells you that you can't have something, it makes you want it more.
Well when I got the go ahead it was great he was off for vacation for two weeks and my two DS were in school except he was sick the whole time and it was my turn to chase him around and said turn about is far play. Good luck and like my DR said be flattered.

Chellie....yes it is so very hard But you can't just yet. As it was stated before we would risk so many more problems that would push back our healing. Last night I thought just for a secondoh....what the heck it has been almost 5 weeks. But this morning I am glad I was strong. I don't want to risk any complications. My recovery has been pretty smooth and I can't wait until the gives the OK. But ppssssstttt....you can do other things just as long as there is no penetration. Have fun!
