Post-op spotting, day 19

Hi! I'm new to this site, and have a question. I had a hysterectomy and bladder lift done on December 9. I have not had any problems, other than a UTI post-op (then a yeast infection from the antibiotic!). I had very very little bleeding after surgery, and have been fine the last 2 weeks. However, just yesterday I began to notice a little spotting. Is this normal? Am I overdoing it? I spend most of my day in a recliner, but I did go to church twice this weekend and out for lunch and stopped at one store today. Is anyone else experiencing something like this? Thanks for your input . . .
