If you haven't already looked, check out the hormones section under the blue area on the top of the page. I was amazed at the effects low/high hormones & such can cause. I have now decided to add some vitamins & such & see if it helps. I finally got a good night sleep last night. I hope we all find releif in this soon & can get some much needed sleep.

I got like that pre hyst although my drs never confirmed perimenopause I had a TAH with ovaries left and I am having night sweats, wake for bathroom trips I have not had a full nights sleep since my op 3 weeks ago.

I think the max amount of sleep I've gotten at one time was 3 hours last night. I was pretty exhausted by then though. I'm sure that that is contributing to my moodiness.
