HRT Feedback

Hey all! Just looking for some feedback/opinions on hrt's! Had lavh/bso about 10 weeks ago, long story short...started Vivelle dot 3 days post op, estrogen tested a month or so later-only at 85, so increased patch dose, had blood test again few weeks later & now estrogen went down to 63 :-(...no eonder I feel like poo!! Clearly I'm not absorbing the patch!? Doc will call in a few days for some new changes...any suggestions??
Having patients can sure be a challenge!

There are a lot of choices when it comes to estrogen, which is a good thing because what works really well for some isn't right at all for others! I've been using Vivelle Dot for years and really like it.
