Feeling very anxious / panicky - if hormone-related, what HRT will help?

I am 6 1/2 weeks post-op, have been given two depo estradiol shots and will see MD on Monday to discuss additional HRT. Any advice on what hormone is most in need if I am having panic / anxiety feelings? Just feel like nerves are on outside of skin, etc. I appreciate any thoughts and advice. Thanks.

You may be low in estrogen or may be from an imbalance. You are still very early post op. For many of us hormonal balance does not happen overnight, it can take time and patience. I would suggest not doing too much tweaking early on and keep a journal of your symptoms.
