Take hormones or not?

Hi I am 3 weeks post op and I am 29 years old and I am thinking of just not taking anything but i am wondering if I am to young to go through full menopause. I did have a BSO along with TAH so I am happy and hollow. I am having sweats and cold chills on and off but if that is the worst or what my body will do I can handle that. Can anyone let me know what they think please?? Thanks

Talk to your doctor about it and see if you would benefit from taking HRT.
