Hi Ladies

HI ALL,
I JUST WANTED TO CHECK IN TODAY AND SEE HOW EVERYONE WAS DOING?? I FEEL O.K., PAMPERED IS NOT THE WORD. I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING SINCE I GOT HOME WEDNSDAY. B/FRIEND IS WASHING, CLEANING, COOKING, SERVING ME AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. :inlove:
I HAVE BEEN UP AND AROUND PRETTY GOOD, I CAN'T LAY A LONG TIME AS I GET ANTSY. I SIT ON MY CUSHY SOFA W/ PILLOW AND WATCH T.V.
TOMORROW I GET THESE STAPLES OUT. I FEEL KIND OF TENSE, I GUESS IT MUST BE FROM ALWAYS WATCHING OUT SO I DON'T HURT MYSELF, MAYBE I'LL FEEL MORE RELAXED AFTER THE STAPLES ARE OUT.
LOTS OF S TO ALL LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

Hi Ladies

Hi JoAnn!!

Glad you are feeling good today!! Well, well, you certainly have your guy trained well....cooking and cleaning eh?? Gotta like that!!

You won't mind the staples coming out at all. Most dont' even feel it as the incision area is a bit numb anyway. Mine were in a week as well. Some ladies I have read get them out soon than that. The skin is an amazing healer to fuse together that quickly.

I remember not being able to lay down too much either, but as long as you are stretched out on the sofa and off your feet, and napping when you need to,you are still getting the rest you need for healing!!
Thanks for checking in, and you have a good evening and good luck at your appt. tomorrow!!
Love and Hugs,
xoxo

Hi Ladies

HI Joanne,
Congrats on doing so well... give that man a kiss for me.. glad he is taking such good care of you ...
Getting your staples out !!!!! That was one of my favorite days during my recovery... I had half out and then 4 or 5 days later got the other half out... I discovered that most of the pain I was having was coming from my staples... You will find you can get up so much better when they are out.... Continue taking it easy... your recovery will go much faster that way.... Sondra
