They're Baaaccckkk!!!!!!!

This morning I was examining my face closely in the mirror. Searching for any sign
of returning eyelashes or eyebrows. And what should my searching eyes behold?
The early return of chinny hairs! Just the few strays I had before ovca. But darn,
wouldn't you just know they would be the first hairs to return. Go figure. I surely
loved never needing my tweezers for the past seven months.

don't cry!! this is a good thing. it means you will soon have all your lashes and brows than you will probably cry because you can't get the mascara on properly. ha-ha. just be sure to keep those tweezers close by. i am always looking for stragglers too.
chin up!!!

On the bright side though..... the ladies are right. Its really a good sign!! Today the chin, tomorrow the lashes, and next week the legs.....and in 2 weeks, you head!!! I will tell you this...once it starts coming in it really comes in fast.

I use the sugaring paste stuff Karen. It works really well, and isn't nearly as bad as waxing. I have used that for years, eyebrows, upper lip, underarms. Still use the razor for the legs though. Much faster.

So yep...its a pain...but its also a sign that you are on your way to full recovery Karen!! When do you leave for Disney? I am sooo jealous, you in Disney and Robyn in America in December. I am really happy for you both! Its a great way to celebrate your good health!!
Love ya!!

Oh Karen!

You had me going there for a minute too.

Maria's right, once it starts it comes back pretty quickly. One thing I remember and it alarmed me at first, although it was kinda funny at the same time. The hair on my face came back very downy, I looked like a fuzzy little peach there for a while on my face. Thankfully though, once it grew in completely, it did calm down and lay down.

I bet pretty soon here you'll be celebrating the return of your eyelashes and eyebrows. Those come back very quickly, whew! I sure was glad about that part.

to those returning chinny hairs!

This is probably a very good sign dear! I do understand that they were not your CHOICE of hairs, but either way they are hair! Look at this as a sign of getting back to "yourself" again!
