Just thought I'd let all you new ladies know. I just had my annual ct scan and check-ups and I'm still cancer-free.

So hang in there, pretty soon you too can be saying the same thing.

There is a at the end of the tunnel.

Wooohooo Trish!!!

Great news girl!! We have had so much good news this past couple weeks here its wonderful!!
Grab a hysterita and a brownie, and let the party begin!!
Like Robyn, I can't wait till 2 1/2 years go by too.
I have read of a couple of ladies having CT scans for checkups. They haven't offered me one of those. I wonder if thats because they can trace my strain in the bloodwork?!
Must check on that next visit me thinks!!

Again Trish, excellent report!! So happy for you!
Love and Hugs!!
xoxo

Thanks guys! You'll get here too.

I think I get an annual CT scan for a couple of reasons.

Mine did not show in blood work, it's a rare kind that they know nothing much about (other than it's slow growing) so they don't know whether it's connected to similar types that develop elsewhere, my doctor is old-school conservative (and listed as the best in the city) so I think he's extra cautious, and my health insurance covers it without a peep (God bless my health insurance).

I hate them (I have bad veins for IVs and end up with massive bruises) but hey I'm glad to have the reassurance.

Oh, my friend! Those words are music to my ears!!!

What a wonderful feeling hearing those few little words! I'm soooo very happy for you!

BTW, my Dr must be the same "conservative" type. I'm in the process of scheduling my now annual CT Scan also, yippee! Gotta love that feeling.

Thanks for sharing your awesome news!!!

This is such great news, Trish............I too can't wait for the years to go by, hopefully. I am still taking it one day at a time. I am about 5 months cancer-free at this time. I never even had a ct scan. I wonder why. I am going to ask next time.
Love, and warm thoughts and prayers for contiued health.
