estrogen crash/ depletion- how long?

So u did not hv any menopausal symptoms till after 9 years?

I am very overweight and also read about storing estrogen in fat cells. I am doing weight watchers and hoping as I lose weight I will seve as my own estrogen patch thru this process lol!
