Summer & looking forward

So fellow princesses.

Summer is on it's way, so can I ask what you are looking forward to most now that you won't have periods. This is something our soon to be princesses can look at and may get some help from so please post.

Here goes,

I'm looking forward to wearing light weight, light coloured clothes. Including White linen trousers.

I'm looking forward to not having my period when it's hot and balmy and you feel like you need to shower again as soon as you leave the house.

I'm looking forward to not having to plan my holidays/short breaks away around my period or having to take medication to delay them.

Over to you ladies.

Re: Summer & looking forward

I'm looking forward to being able to go swimming anytime and not having to worry about an embarrassing situation.
I'm fixing to move in the next month so I'm glad I won't be having cramps and bleeding while I'm packing and traveling to another state.
I'm looking forward to buying some sexy panties instead of wearing blood stained ones.
I'm looking forward to discovering the new me!!

I'm looking forward to being able to spend more time with my kids..not spending days in bed because of pain. I can't wait to go swimming when ever I want! Most of all I won't have to plan my wedding anniversary around my period!

Being "free" of all the issues a period brings.

I'm looking forward to having sex with my hubby whenever we want to, and not having to put it off for days or line the bed with a shower curtin and towels!

I'm looking foreward to going on vacation without having to worry about canceling or being stuck inside because of bleeding or pain. I'm looking foreward to wearing dresses and I'm really looking foreward to having sex anytime I want instead of only two out of four weeks!!

Re: Summer & looking forward

I was bleeding all the time before, all through every month, often flooding without warning and passing huge clots.

I'm already appreciating being bleeding-free. WOO-HOO!

I feel dizzy with excitement about the summer...

White clothes;
Going out cycling again with DH;
Climbing stairs and hills without nearly passing out from anaemia;
Being able to teach again without others having to take over my class at short notice;
Going on holiday and not having to stay in or get back quickly;
NOT HAVING TO TRAVEL EVERYWHERE WITH A CHANGE OF CLOTHES!

Wow, normality beckons. Praise be!

Re: Summer & looking forward

Ladies,

Great reasons to be thankful and I'm sure a lot of our soon to be fellow princesses will be glad to read these comments, keep them coming.

I forgot about the sex one, seems like that long since I've had sex I've forgotten what it's like. It's going to be like the first time all over again.

Re: Summer & looking forward

I am looking forward to being able to spend time having fun instead of in bed with cramps.
Being able to walk around doing things instead of sitting because of pain,
and being able to swim because last year, due to prolapse I couldn't even wear tampons.
