Things couldn't be better yet my emotions and hormones are out of control.....HELP!!!

I have come through so much and right now my life is great except for my emotions. My poor boyfriend! I go from lovey to angry to hysterical in minutes and i dont know how to control it. I am bipolar and ptsd and ocd along with menopausal. I can not take hormones because of blood clot history. I am off my psych meds due to finances being out of my control. I dont know what else to do. I need help. I need comfort. I need a friend so bad. My boyfriend is amazing but he doesnt understand always that its not "something" or "someone" it just is my emotions. I want to be held. then i dont want to be touched, i want to be intimate then i want to kill anyone within two feet of me. I am 4 years post op....my hysterversery is coming up and is very painful for me as well.

I would agree with SuzyQ, about getting medication for bipolar issues. It's scary to be on the type of emotional roller coaster you have described. It's also very difficult for your boyfriend, family and friends to deal with it too. It's not just something that effects you, it effects your whole circle of friends. They might not know what to do to help you.

So please, speak up for yourself, take the bull by the horns, get the right meds and help to balance your life. Please take care and hugs.
