Pre menopause - night sweats?

I am 36 and had a radical hysterectomy 3 years and 4 months ago for stage 1b1 cervical cancer. My ovaries remained and 1 fallopian tube. I had quite normal pms since the past 3 years.
At my 3 year surgery mark, i had 1 large cyst removed on my right ovary and 1 smaller cyst on my left ovary.
Since that second surgery 4 months ago i have had terrible pms . I have night sweats every night and have started hot flashes during the day.
This seems to be like pre menopause but i am not sure what to do next? Any ideas or thoughts would be helpful. I still think i am quite young to be going through menopause but i guess some people can start early?

I'm 35 and had hysterectomy 3yrs ago and for about the past month I've been having menopause symptoms. Mine are so bad that at first I couldn't function but with med changes here and there I'm feeling somewhat better. It doesn't matter how old you are you can start having symptoms. Go talk to your dr and have your levels checked.

Mine always come out normal but I don't feel normal. I'm taking effexor, ambien, mag/cal, flaxseed oil pills and a low birth control pill to see if that will help with my symptoms.

Best thing to do iis talk to your dr!

Thank you so much. I have had my levels checked 6 months ago and normal but they are def not!
I will head to my doctor today and get some meds sorted.
Have you found anything that works better?

I just started to get meds from my dr for my menopause symptoms so I don't really know if this is even gonna work for me. Everyone says on here that it just depends on the person and some things work for some but not others. I hope you get what you need to feel better!
