Unhappy - Draining 12 wk post-op...discouraged Draining 12 wk post-op...discouraged

I had a full hyst. March 7 he took ovaries and all, I had a few setbacks with my recovery. My doctor has explained on several visits that mine (for him) was a rare case and that he really can't give me an ETA on my recovery. Mine was one a tad bit complicated as my bladder from previous c-sections was not where it was supposed to be... long story short it will be 90 days post op June 7 and I drain so heavy that I have unwillingly transitioned from regular sanitary napkins to bladder control pads (super) I can sit at my desk in horror afraid to stand up because of previous incidents when I did it looked like I had sat in a kiddie size pool.. I need help understanding this. I am young and confused and I have absolutely no guidance or point of reference I'm basically on auto pilot. I'm afraid of sex and sometimes I feel like no one understands me emotionally I often feel lonely and not like "myself" I joke that I've been 'fixed' like a cat and now I have no interest in anything...I am at a loss if anyone can shed some insight I would be forever grateful
