Which ert to take?

I am hoping someone can help me I am confused on what to take. One dr says take premerin one says take divigel and cymbalta I really don't ant to take anything, but the mood swings and crying jags are horrible, I am 16 days post op complete hysterectomy, appenectomy, hernia repair and tummy tuck. too much I know but too late now. Please any advise on hrt

You can read more about your options for ert at www.hormonejungle.com There are several good articles about the various options we have.

I would start with the ert and see how things go before adding cymbalta. Mood swings are quite common at this point in your recovery. Your body is using up its stored reserves of hormones, which can cause hormone fluctuations, which can cause symptoms. I had mood swings, hot flashes, etc even though I was placed on an ert patch immediately after surgery.

It can take time and patience. Whatever you decide, do give it some time.
