Bowel prep today:(

I have never in my life taken any kind of laxative...this should be fun! Yikes!!

My instructions say to eat a regular breakfast and then start the clear liquid diet. I don't usually eat anything for breakfast but I had a big ol' bowl of cereal this morning! LOL

Today will probably be the worst of it!

I did the cleanse thing for my colonoscopy. It was not as bad as I had imagined

but I am glad I don't need to do it for my surgery.

Well, I am drinking the first bottle of Magnesium Citrate. Man, this stuff is nasty!!!!! Wonder how long I have? LOL

Drank mine about an hour and half ago....believe it or not I didn't think it was that bad. Oh boy, It just now started working.......see ya, gotta go...(pun intended)

At 4, I have to drink another and take 2 Dulcolax. Ugh....

I have 5 kids and I have told them all that this bathroom is MINE! Go use one of the other ones! LOL

I'm glad my bedroom has a potty. If they make me poop all day, this is where I'll be! lol

I only had to drink one 10 oz bottle. Same as you I told everyone my master bath is mine only. And they have to fix their own dinner this evening.....I didn't want to fix something I couldn't eat. Think hubby is gonna take then out for pizza.

Hubby is going to grill steaks tonight and I'll make them some roasted potatoes and veggies. Then, I will lock myself in my bedroom and pout while they eat! LOL

Totally agee with Policebound! The day before was the worst for me too. I've had to do this prep many times due to colon polyps/Celiac Disease and this was my third time this year. Was relieved to get it over with it!!!
