Everything I'm reading says go the least invasive way possible and keep as much as possible! You will also be in my thoughts on the 14th (bright and early). Wishing you an easy surgery and speedy recovery!

Many of us who have had the cervix removed but kept at least one ovary do not have any issues with vaginal dryness. There are glands in the vagina that provide moisture as long as there are also hormones.


Thanks for the info. Hopefully my ERT will eventually kick in the glands. Maybe it needs to be increased. I am at 0.5 mg now.
