Re: Feeling so alone..

Today has not been one of my good days! I'd usually get up early in the am go thru my 15 mins or more Latin dance routine; cool down; shower and get ready for work. I've been on medical leave since 4/20/11. And I miss that part of me so bad. My dr upped my med Bystolic to 20 mg to help with my heart & Pristiq w/klonopine for my anxiety & depresSion. Some days I'm good & other days I'm not! Like blowing up at my hubbie 4 no good reason & crying! I know it takes time, however, when you have others who're depending on you...it hurts!

Re: Feeling so alone..

I understand how you feel. I feel alone too. My kids want me to be out running and playing....but I don't feel like getting off of the couch. I have been dealing with this over 5 years. I finally get my hysterectomy on Sept. 12, 2011.

I wish you the very best. We just have to lean on each other, because sometimes those on the outside can't understand what's it like.

Take care

Re: Feeling so alone..

Hollie, be careful with that Effexor. If you decide you don't like it, it is extremely hard to wean yourself off of. I hated it so much. I would get what I called "brain shakes" and they sucked! I hope you don't have any problems with it.
