i made it....

Already out of surgery, awake and in my room. All the ladies are correct the anticipation is much worse than surgery itself. Everything went perfect DR said. Not really in pain (sure this IV pump is helping though, lol).

Hope all the other ladies today have as smooth a surgery as mine has been so far!

Gingerbredz, I was a nervous wreck waiting to go back for the surgery but once the meds kicked in, I was out and woke up feeling kinda silly for being such a wreck. But it is only normal!

Me too! Doctor told husband all went well. Took a little longer because uterus was larger than they thought. Belly flatter than before. Already walking laps under supervision. Hope this helps others

Rest and stay on top of those pain meds! Here is to hoping you have a steady recovery! There will be bumps in the road, but the hardest part is over!
