Home from my 12/11 surgery

Hi all, this will be short because I am ever so sleepy but just wanted to drop in and say that I am home as of about 5 this evening. I stayed an extra day in the hospital in hopes of coming home with out a catheter and YeeeHaaawww...it worked. In fact--I can go #1 and #2. Oh, the small things that we are thankful for.

I had several rough nights, almost got pneumonia and then had an allergic reaction to the pain meds that I started getting orally. To get rid of the itching that caused, I ended up taking 6 benedryl capsules through the night. Talk about a loopy sister this morning.

This is all I can do for now, will come back and type up my story later. Just want to say thanks and S to all the sisters who prayed for me and spiritually held my hand through all of this. If I could do flips I would, but for now just grinning that it's all over.

Mindylou, now you are a and you should be a pampered one at that. Now is the time to , lots and lots. Go for short . I am you can do #1 and #2. that is a great accomplishment. God Bless and we are thankful you are at home.

You are my inspiration because you are online so soon. Please keep us all posted on your recovery. I will watch for information on your recovery because today my Gyn said I can schedule a visit to the castle when I return all the consent forms on Friday next week. Imagine my thrill to finally know that my bleeding like a stuck pig will end soon. I will pray for your recovery. Enjoy the rest and break from the crazy speed of life.
