Getting anxious

Im getting anxious about the surgery.That on Sat it will be 19 days!! I have been getting house ready.Getting things ready for my self.And at night I cant sleep even with my med to sleep (its low dose).I think about the surgery.I think about me being in hospital.I have had 2 Lap but it feels that this one is major.I have a preop with Dr Oct.11 so I hope with talking with him it will calm my nervous.

My surgery is Oct 19
davinci surgery
with suburethral sling for incontence problem.

I am sorry you are not getting sleep, but it is normal to be anxious. This is major surgery, and you will be having an important organ removed. I hope you can get some questions answered in your pre-op. You may want to write your questions down for your doctor as you think of them. That way you don't forget.
